The videographer is “JAW Media Productions Limited” The client is the person making this booking. A shoot is a video production taking place as contracted by the client.

Your deposit is non-refundable.

Our online booking form is to be filled in and deposit paid to secure the date.1 calendar month before wedding final payment and schedule (Filled in online, Link will be sent to you via email) to be received.

In the event of a change of date by the client: If we can't rebook you due to an existing booking we will have to cancel your booking. We won’t refund anything paid to us. We will try to help you make alternative arrangements although cannot guarantee this.

If we can accommodate a change of date we will, however this is at the discretion of the videographer.In the event of cancellation by the client, no refund shall be given.In the event of cancellation by the videographer, a full refund shall be given.

The client hereby allows the videographer to display any video and photograph covered by this contract and to generally promote the business in advertising, brochures, magazine articles, websites, social media, sample albums etc.

For a booking involving a church ceremony or at certain venues, the videographer’s movements are sometimes restricted by the official in charge.
The area from which the videographer is able to cover the ceremony may not be the videographer's choice and the videographer cannot accept responsibility for any obstructed view/missed videos or pictures should this be the case.In certain cases, additional licences/permissions may be required to film. Any cost incurred to acquire these are payable by the client and the client is responsible for acquiring these. The videographer can not be held responsible if the correct permissions have not been sought and so filming can not take place/can not take place in the expected way.
The Videographer shall be granted artistic licence in relation to the poses photographed/Filmed and the locations used. The videographers judgement regarding the locations/poses and number of images/videos taken shall be deemed correct. Due to the vagaries of the weather and the willingness of subjects it may not be possible to capture all the images requested.

The performance of this contract is subject to alteration or cancellation by either party owing to any cause beyond their control such as but not limited to Illness, weather events, unforeseen events.Although all equipment is checked regularly and reasonable steps are taken to ensure backup equipment is available, the videographer will not be responsible for photographs or videos that are not produced due to technical failure.

In the unlikely event of a total photographic failure or cancellation of this contract by either party or in any other circumstance the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the contract. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Any directions issued to clients, their guests or employees during a shoot are deemed to be at said person's own risk. The videographer cannot be held responsible for any personal accidents during a shoot.

All footage remains property of the videographer unless the client purchases footage and licence for a fee available on request. If the client choose to buy footage captured, the videographer shall not be held responsible for transfer of footage and/or the footage captured. It is the duty of the client to ensure data integrity after the point of delivery. The videographer cannot be held accountable for any loss of data after the point of delivery. Any losses caused by negligence on behalf of the client after the receipt of the digital storage medium is not the responsibility of the videographer. The videographer reserves the right to refuse delivery of a backup copy / supply of data recovery services in the event of data loss after the point of delivery.

The videographer takes all reasonable precautions to prevent the loss of data however cannot be held responsible for data loss in the event of force majeure which includes but is not limited to fires, explosions, earthquakes, drought, tidal waves and floods. This also applies in the event of mechanical failure of digital storage mediums.

The videographer takes all reasonable precautions to allow bookings to go ahead as planned however cannot be held responsible for any sum or refund in the event of force majeure which includes but is not limited to fires, explosions, earthquakes, famine, disease outbreak, pandemic, epidemic, drought, tidal waves and floods.
